Monoblock for packaging liquid products

MB and MBD series – from the study of advanced technological solutions, to the ability to create every detail. The MB series has a capacity of up to 1,500 bps, while the MBD series is up to 3,000 b / h. Our monoblock machines are developed and developing in cooperation with our customers and their technologists.
They are designed for bottles from 10ml – 500ml depending on the requirements. Suitable for most liquid products such as syrups,nose drops, perfumes, shampoos, injection solutions, brandy, tinctures, etc.

What was the monoblock made of?

Monoblock is made of a stable supporting structure and a stainless steel frame with plexiglas.
The machine is compact – the construction of the machine is smaller and allows the machine to be placed in a clean room of smaller dimensions, as well as setting up a smaller laminar chamber above the monoblock, making it more cost-effective for the customer.
In standard version, the monoblock machine is equipped with piston pumps.
The filling principle is volumetric, i.e. The defined volume is filled.
The piston pumps are designed with tri clamps so that they are easily detachable and enable quicker and easier maintenance.

Process control with PLC

Progressive lifting and lowering of dosing pipes.

Placing the cap in passing or placing with the cylinder, pick and place.

We suggest a suitable orientation and cap selection system depending on the type of cap.

Closing of the cap is done via the servo motor with the detection of the capping moment.

All the functions of the machine, such as the transport of bottles, cap, placing of the cap, performing of functions, etc. are detected by the appropriate sensor subsystem.
Process control via PLC, with built-in SIEMENS HMI.
